The; room was extremely clean, and well decorated. We had a king size bed, and there was also a sofa bed in the room. The bathroom shower head provided one of the best showers I have ever had! Our friends were staying in the second room I rented, and they commented on the shower head also. There was a refrigerator and microwave under the counter by the bathroom, which were convenient to have. I liked that the sink and mirror were outside of the toilet/shower room. The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were wonderful, which made for a great night’s sleep. We felt the price of the hotel was quite reasonable for the quality of the room. I booked the hotel over a month in advance through booking.com.

The staff was very attentive to all our needs, they were very nice on both shifts. It was nice and clean in the pool area and the whole facility was clean. I will return with my family again. The room service was quick and the vending area was nice and clean I really had a great experience. I even sat in the lounge area and watched a few of my shows. Best experience I've had in a while. I totally chose the right place to stay for my birthday weekend.

Convenient access to restaurants, Great Lakes Crossing, Chrysler headquarters etc... Hotel sits right off of busy I-75 which is a cool effect for me, but could be a little loud for some. Staff was awesome and helpful. Good value for sure.

The hotel was nice, but what really stood out for me was the staff. My mother became extremely ill while staying there, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. After spending the night in the emergency room, I was expecting to come back to the chaos we left the room in after the EMS took my mother to the hospital. Not only was the room spotless, but the staff left me a sweet note of support and encouragement. It meant the world to me. They suggested a late check out because we were unsure when Mom would be released. I later extended my stay when it looked like she was being admitted. It was late in the evening when I ended up having to return home. Even though they could have, they did not charge me for the day. They were supportive and caring and made what was a devastating trip a little bit easier. I can't thank them enough.

The facility was a surprise when we walked in. So clean and the staff was very quick to greet us and let us know they would be with us as soon as they were done with the guest before. They pointed out special amenities and gave clear instructions for our room and out stay. The room was perfect. It had everything we needed.
